William G. Herald, 82, Hazard passed away Friday, April 21, at the Hazard Hospice Care Center. He was a member of the Church of Christ at Talbert and a US Navy veteran. He was the son of the late Floyd and Matilda Herald. He is survived by wife, Norma Herald; sons, Mike Herald, Darrin(Zola) Herald; daughters, Billie(Rick) Daugherty, Pam Herald; sister, Daisy(Ralph) Turner; special niece, Judy Turner; grandchildren, Shane Hayes, Alana Daugherty, Sacha Daugherty, great grandchildren, Rickelle, Jesse, Nick, Jacey; great great grandchildren, Ava, Jake; host of nephews and nieces. Visitation Monday, April 24, 6:00 PM. Funeral Tuesday, April 25, 11:00 AM with Rev. Jesse Hall officiating. Burial in the Floyd Herald Cemetery at Talbert.
