Vonda K. Turner, 63, Vancleve passed away Friday, January 4. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brownloe and Alta (Gillum) Lindon and one daughter, Letitia Turner. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Turner; one son, Ryan and wife, Darlene Turner; one daughter, Kristi and husband, Merv Combs; one brother, Kevin and wife, Natasha Lindon; two sisters, Sharon and husband, Dwight Smith, Vicki and husband, Doug Watts; three grandchildren, Andrew Combs, Daria Casey, Jake Casey: two special nieces, Ashtyn and Sydney Lindon; as well as a host of other nephews and nieces. Visitation Tuesday, January 8, 4:00 PM. Funeral Wednesday, January 9, 12:00 PM with Rev. Pat Turner, Rev. Ron Leedy and Rev. A.T. Hays. Burial in the Lindon Cemetery at Vancleve. In lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to an account set up at Citizens Bank of Jackson in her memory.
