Thelma Watkins Hollan, 90, Jackson passed away Wednesday, October 24, at the Nim Henson Geriatric Center in Jackson. She was a member of the Breathitt County Senior Citizens. She was the daughter of the late Kern Watkins and Elizabeth Frazier Tegtmeyer. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Paul Watkins. She is survived by one daughter, Linda and husband, Ed Stivers; one granddaughter, Melanie Stivers; two sisters, Eloise and husband Harold Spencer, Shirley Baxter. Visitation will be Friday, October 26, 6PM. Funeral will be Saturday, October 27, 12:00PM with Rev. Emmitt Campbell and Rev. Jack Niece officiating. Burial in the Jackson Cemetery.
