Sally Troutman, 74, passed away Thursday, March 29 in Noblesville, IN. She was born February 22, 1944 to the late Morgan and Gracie Fugate. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Fugate; five sisters, Lola Smith, Mary Fugate, Kathleen McLemore, Ella Mae Fowler, Zola Sizemore. She was a member of the Trinity Weslyan Westerfiled Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Monty Troutman; two sons, Alan and Patrick (Lisa) Scalon; three brothers, Martin, Troy and Sherman Fugate; six sisters, Rose Noble, Susie Campbell, Dulcine Neace, Julia Fugate, Lillie Sizemore and Deborah Fugate; one grandson, Ryan Scalon; one granddaughter, Hannah Scalon; three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, April 1, 6:00PM, Funeral Monday, April 2, 12:00PM with Rev. Emmitt Campbell. Burial in the Jackson Cemetery.
