Ronnie Smith, 53, Hazard passed away Wednesday, September 13, at the Hazard Hospital. He was the son of the late Nathan Smith. He was also preceded in death by sister, Lucy Smith. He is survived by mother, Sarah Miller; girlfriend, Correan Collins; son, Hank Collins; brothers, Johnny Ellis, Roy Lee Ellis; sisters, Cheri Smith, Shirley Campbell; two granddaughters, Brooke Collins, Kendra Collins. Visitation Friday September 15, 6PM. Funeral Saturday, September 16, 10AM with Rev. Emmitt Campbell officiating. Burial in the Neace Family Cemetery at Lost Creek.
