Rita Jones, 78, Hardshell passed away Wednesday, January 22, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was a member of the Drushal Memorial Church at Lost Creek. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Jessie Adams Noble; one son, Arlis Ray Jones; two sisters, Susie Hardin, Betty Privett; one brother, Tommy Noble. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Drewey Jones; one son, Drewey Lee Jones(Carol Bryant Jones); one daughter, Sally Kay Hudson(Reeve Hudson Jr.); one brother, Jay Noble; five grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Jones, Jessica Dawn Campbell, Megan Hudson(Adam White), Matthew Hudson(Courtney Hudson), Joshua Paul Jones; eight great grandchildren, David Lee Jones, Piper Rae Jones, Wyatt Jordan Simpson, Trenton Reeve Hudson, Magnolia Ann Jewell, Winston Blake White, Memphis Rayne Hudson, Joslynn Jones; host of nephews and nieces and church family; special friend, Stella Bryant; in-laws, Blanche Campbell, Katherine Napier(Eugene), Ogie Lee Hamilton, Jennifer Hays, Lawrence Dayboy Jones(Ada), Liz Jones, Goldie Ann Jones. Visitation Friday, January 24, 6:00 PM. Funeral Saturday, January 25, 1:00PM with Eldon Miller, Drewey Lee Jones, Kerney Bouchard, Emmitt Campbell officiating. Burial in the Harvey Bend Cemetery.
