Richard Smith, 69, Happy passed away Wednesday, January 29, at the Wells Hospice Care Center. He was the son of the late Matt and Geneva Caudill Smith. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Michael Smith. He is survived by three brothers, Steve Smith, Albert Smith, James Smith; six sisters, Edith Collins, Rita Hoskins, Judy Eversole, Brenda Coomer, Wanda Strong, Betty Perry; host of nephews and nieces. Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
