Reilda Neace Ohara, 60, Hazard passed away Thursday, February 28, at the Hazard Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Granville and Reilda Smith Neace. She is survived by two sons, Matthew Bailey, Wesley Scott Bailey; one brother, Bernard Noble; one sister, Sharon Jackson; one grandchild.
