Norma Fugate, 78, Ft. Wayne, IN passed away Wednesday, November 9, at the Englewood Health and Rehab Center in Ft. Wayne, IN. She was the daughter of the late Austin and Oney (Cline) Ritchie. She was a member of the Baptist Church since 1968. She graduated from Breathitt High School in 1957. She attended Lees College. She had an associate degree and worked as a lab tech for 21 years. She is survived by her husband, Oscar Fugate; her son, Austin Fugate; host of nephews and nieces including Wilson Fugate. Visitation Thursday, November 10, 6PM. Funeral Friday, November 11, 11AM with Rev. A.T. Hays officiating. Burial in the Harvey Bend # 1 Cemetery at Hardshell.
