Matthew Fugate, 69, Lost Creek passed away Sunday, June 17, at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was a member of the Pentecostal Workers Church at Clayhole. He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Polly (Campbell) Fugate; one son, Ricky Len Fugate; five sisters, Gertrude Weems, Della Weathers, Ruthie Fowler, Darlene Napier, Jule Ann Fugate; one brother, O.H. Fugate. He is survived by his wife, Anna Sue Fugate; three sons, Kelvin Ray Fugate, Justin Adam Fugate, Michael(Cassie) Fugate ; one daughter, Joyce Ann(Ed) Miller; one brother, Bobby(Rosa) Fugate; two sisters, Carmie(Charles) Inghram, Lorene(Michael) Stoner; one sister-in-law, Delores Jean Noble; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren; host of nephews, nieces, and cousins: special fur baby, Brownie.
