Mack Frazier, 87, Noctor passed away Monday, February 24 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was of the Baptist faith. He was retired from the State Highway Department. He was the widower of the late Bertie Gillum Frazier and the son of the late Algie and Ida Back Frazier. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Charles Edward (Rabbit) Frazier, Willis Frazier, Wilford Frazier, Bennie Frazier, John Frazier; one sister, Lena Cornett; one son, Ricky Fugate. He is survived by one sister, Charlotte(Clarence) Bailey; one son, Michael(Cassie) Fugate, one daughter, Joyce(Edward) Miller; five grandchildren, Chrystal Kelly, Henry Neace, John Thomas Neace, Ashley Nicole Fugate, Amber Lee Bertie Fugate; two great grandchildren, Taylor Kelly, Bailey Kelly; nephew, Jesse Charles(Amy) Bailey; sister-in-law, Gladys Haddix. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 26, 6PM. Funeral will be Thursday, February 27, 1PM with Dennis Creech, Gary Bellamy, David Fletcher officiating. Burial in the Frazier Cemetery at Noctor. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be State Highway Department Co-workers.
