Lula Faye Stamper, 79, Jackson passed away Tuesday, October 17, at her home. She was a member of the Shoulderblade Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Larue Stamper and the daughter of the late Rader and Gertrude Howard Combs. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Forster Combs, Lloyd Combs, Burnis Combs. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela (Donald) Harvey, Sherry (Delmer) Strong; three brothers, Wyamon (Joy) Combs, Carl (Bobbi) Combs, Lonnie (Rose) Combs; two sisters, Wanda Lasley, Margie Leadingham; three grandchildren, Amber (Will) Perry, Ashley (Branstan) Barnett, Tiffany (Gary) Strong; seven great grandchildren, Trenton Layne Barnett, Rylee Grace Barnett, Gavan Joseph Jeff Allen, Lilyan Ella-Faye Barnett, Harper Larue Allen, Lindy Kate Allen, Avery Bryce Raleigh; special friends, Doug and Kelsie Gross; host of nephews, nieces and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, October 19, 6:00 PM. Funeral Friday, October 20, 11:00 AM with Rev. Gary Bellamy and Rev. Bryan Combs Jr. officiating. Burial in the Jackson Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Ronnie Combs, Greg Combs, Mark Combs, William Perry, Gary Raleigh, Aaron Combs and as honorary pallbearers, Donald Harvey, Delmer Strong, Branstan Barnett, Doug Gross.
