Judy McGuinn, 58, Noctor passed away Tues., Mar. 3 at the Kentucky River Medical Center. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Whick. She was the daughter of the late George and Martha (Todd) Kilburn. She was also preceded in death by stepfather, Kelly Spicer; stepsister, Sandy Spicer; grandparents, John & Lula (Noble) Kilburn. She is survived by her husband, James McGuinn; two daughters, Jamie Lee McGuinn, Lacey Nicole McGuinn; host of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
