Joy Allen Fletcher, 86, Jackson passed away Sunday, June 16, at the Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Campton. She was a member of the Jackson Womans Club and the Breathitt County School Advisory Committee. She also served on the board of Middle Kentucky KRADD. She was the widow of the late Frank Fletcher and the daughter of the late George and Jalia Turner Allen. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Eugene Allen, John Allen, Chase Allen. She is survived by two sons, Frank Allen(Tracy) Fletcher, George Leighton Fletcher(Cheryl Pearson); two grandchildren, Sarah Leighton Fletcher, Allen Fletcher. Visitation, Tuesday, June 18, 5:00 PM. Funeral Wednesday, June 19, 11:00 AM at the Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow in the Jackson Cemetery.
