Joseph Raleigh Jr., 82, Buckhorn passed away Friday, November 18, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. He was a Mason and a member of the Church of God. He was the widower of the late Nellie Burton Raleigh and the son of the late Joseph and Rosie Hall Raleigh. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Turner; four brothers, Delmer Raleigh, Jim Raleigh, John Raleigh, Gran Raleigh; four sisters, Ida Hall, Della Turner, Susie Stacy, Jalia Gross. He is survived by one son, Joseph Raleigh III; two daughters, Della(Roger) Howard, Brenda(Bernie) Crouse; seven grandsons, Mike, Steve, Dwayne, Kevin, Allen, Joseph, Joe; two granddaughters, Jamie, Chanel; fourteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, November 20, 5PM. Masonic services Sunday, November 20, 7PM. Funeral Monday, November 21, 1PM with Rev. Chris Turner officiating. Burial in the Alice B. Turner Cemetery at Talbert.
