James Irvine Napier, 69, Hazard passed away Tuesday, September 10, at the VA Medical Center in Lexington. He was the son of the late Irvine and Lutisha Cornett Napier. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Harold Napier, Carl Napier; sister, Merle Fisher. He is survived by sons, Doug Napier, David Napier; brother, Eugene(Katherine) Napier; nephews and nieces, DeRhonda White, James Crowe, Gerald W. Jones, LaShawnda White. Visitation Saturday, September 14, 6:00 PM. Funeral Sunday, September 15, 3:00 PM with Eldon Miller officiating. Burial in the Flatwoods Cemetery at Noble. Pallbearers will be friends and family.
