James McGuinn, 63, Noctor passed away Sunday, July 30, at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was the widower of the late Judy Kilburn McGuinn and the son of the late Jessie and Gracie Caudill McGuinn. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Isaac McGuinn, Tom McGuinn, Johnny McGuinn; one sister, Catherine Crase. He was a member of the Whick Full Gospel Church. He is survived by two daughters, Jamielee McGuinn, Lacey McGuinn; three brothers, Bobby McGuinn, Ernie McGuinn, Jesse B. Roy McGuinn; five sisters, Jean Burton, Linda McIntosh, Brenda Barger, Mary Turner, Jackie Lou Reed; special friend, George Watts. Vistitation Friday, Aug. 4, 6PM. Additional church services Friday, Aug. 4, 7PM. Funeral services Saturday, Aug. 5, 11AM with Rev. Raymond Moore officiating. Burial in the Family Cemetery at Noctor.
