Jackie Hounshell, 61, Vancleve passed away Friday, November 6, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was the son of the late Ray and Maudie (Trent) Hounshell. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Hounshell. He was a member of the Hampton United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Shannon Hounshell; two daughters, Tricia Westmoreland and Sandy Hounshell; one brother, Tom(Thelma) Hounshell; three grandchildren, Brana Kaye Mullins, Brooke Eversole, Justin Eversole, host of nephews and nieces.
