Helen Faye Smith, 77, Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 3, at the The Drake Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a member of the Church of God. She was the daughter of the late Brack and Lenar Southwood Combs. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence Combs, Ralph Combs; sisters, Maude Blankenship, Vada Lee Combs. She is survived by husband, Lyndon Smith; brothers, Luther Combs, Paul Combs, Anthony Combs; sisters, Lillian Ruth Combs, Linda Moore, Serena Leveridge. Visitation, Friday, Sept. 4, 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Funeral, Saturday, Sept. 5, 11:00 AM with Armon Nichols officiating. Burial in McIntosh Cemetery at Clayhole. COVID 19 mandates will be observed.
