Helen Holbrook , 92, Strong Fork, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. Helen was the widow of the late L.C. Holbrook and the daughter of the late Elijah and Margaret Spencer. She was also preceded in death by son, Harold Holbrook. She is survived by daughters, Dora Mullins, Phyllis Borders, Barbara Holbrook; four grandchildren including a special grandson, Thomas Holbrook; four great grandchildren.
