Georgia Turner, 69, Talbert passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. She was a member of the Turners Creek Church of Christ at Talbert. She was the daughter of the late Willie and Polly Ann (Chaney) Stamper. She was also preceded in death by one son, Raymond Turner; one sister, Mattie Stamper; two brothers, Vernil Stamper & Jerry Stamper. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Turner, three sons, Willie(Sara) Turner, Alvin Dean(Jennifer) Turner, Victor(Ida) Turner; one daughter, Sally(Charles) Gilbert; two brothers, Ronnie Chaney, Johnny Jr. Turner; three sisters, Farrah Faye Combs, Lora Riley, Connie Chaney-Hawkins; ten grandchildren; six step grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
