Frankie Napier, 86, Jackson, very special mother and grandmother who loved and raised her children and several others passed away Thursday, September 18, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was a member of the Rehoboth Bible Church. She is survived by husband, Earl Napier; three sons, Monroe(Mourine) Napier, Clyde Napier, Charlie(Charlene) Napier; six daughters, Juanita Boggs, Mary Jane(Johnny) Harvey, Treva(Carl) Miller, Daisy Mae(Jerry) Combs, Stella(Floyd) Campbell, Lucy(Crusoe) Campbell. two brothers, Danny Miller, Bobby Miller; seven sisters, Adelia Strong, Odessie Kilborn, Charlene Arrowood, Euniceteen Glidewell, Sharon Miller, Ruby Shrivener, Janet Miller; host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.
