Eudell Oaks, 72, Georgetown passed away Tuesday, February 13, at the Georgetown Community Hospital. She served as the Breathitt County Clerk for over 25 years. She was a member of the Devondale Baptist Church in Lexington. She was the widow of the late Willard Oaks and the daughter of the late Frank Chapman. She is survived by her mother, Julia Moore Smith; one son, Jason Oaks; one daughter, Sabrina Oaks; one brother, Eddie McClees; three grandchildren, Lindsey Oaks MacGregor, Brinley Oaks, Harper Oaks; one great grandson, Lennox MacGregor. Visitation, Friday, February 16, 6PM. Funeral Saturday, February 17, 1PM. Burial in the Jackson Cemetery.
