Etheleen Taulbee Rowe, 78, Vancleve passed away Tues., Apr. 5, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. She was the widow of the late Frank Rowe and the daughter of the late Sherman and Margaret Taulbee. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Susie Reed Mullins; one grandson, Michael King, Jr.; one granddaughter, Amanda Reed, one sister, Ruby Taulbee Armstrong; five brothers, Elmer Taulbee, Faithful Pearl Taulbee, Stewart Taulbee, Roscoe Taulbee, Dennis Taulbee; one nephew, Stanley Taulbee, one niece, Wanda Hamilton. She is survived by one son, Ernest Eugene Reed; three daughters, Kathleen (Melvin) Huddleston, Reva (Donnie) Noble, Tammy Reed (Charles Hamilton); one brother, Lloyd Taulbee; ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren which includes Makayla King, Madison King, Breanna Gillum; host of nephews, nieces and cousins. Funeral Friday, April 8, 1:00 PM with Rev. Jerry Henson Jr. & Rev. Emmitt Campbell officiating. Visitation Thursday, April 7, 5:00 PM. Additional singing services Thursday, April 7, 7:00 PM. Burial in the Taulbee Cemetery at Cutshin.
