Ella Mae Fowler, 65, Jackson passed away Tuesday, March 10, at the home of her daughter in Hazard. She was a member of the Caney Creek Mennonite Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Morgan and Gracie Fugate; one brother, Jerry Fugate; three sisters, Lola Smith, Katherine McLemore, Mary Fugate. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, David Fowler; one daughter, Dr. Amy Fowler; three brothers, Martin T. Fugate, Troy Fugate, Sherman Fugate and wife, Maggie; eight sisters, Zola Sizemore, Sally Troutman and husband, Monte, Rose Noble and husband, John Henry, Julia Fugate, Susie Campbell and husband, Roy, Lillie Sizemore and husband, Jim, Dulcine Neace and husband, Tim, Deborah Fugate; host of nephews and nieces.
