Courtney Eugene Neace, 56, Dice passed away Saturday, November 10, at the Hazard Hospital. He was the son of the late Ollie James Neace and the brother of the late Virley Ray Combs. He is survived by his mother and father, Sally and Codell Combs; his wife, Betty Neace; one son, Burton Sizemore; three daughters, Martha Neace, Crystal Neace, Jennifer(Chuck) Combs; two sisters, Greta(Donald) Stacy, Geneva Combs(Carlos Clark); ten grandsons, Gregory Combs, Gavin Combs, Dalton Combs, Seldon Melton, Nichlous Melton, Braxton Melton, Brent Combs, Quinton Sizmore, Ethan Sizemore, Waylon Neace; four granddaughters, Hailey Combs, Kaylee Melton, Chelsey Combs, Autumn Combs; one uncle, Nathan(Lola) Miller, one aunt, Louise(Beecher) Collins; four nephews, Bradley Combs, Justin Jones, Joseph Jones, John Engle; one niece, Sallamae(Jonathan) Neace; host of great nephews and great nieces.
