Carlos Jason Combs, 35, Jackson passed away Thursday, March 10, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. He is survived by his wife, June Combs; parents, Carlos & Teresa Combs and Shirley & Chad Baker; one son, Carlos Jacob Combs; one daughter, Sidnee Gabriel Combs; one brother, Jonathan Scott Spicer; three sisters, Tracy Baker, Jessica Grey, Debra Maynard; grandparents, Lewis & Sara Combs; grandmother, Cora Smith; host of uncles, aunts, and cousins. Funeral services Sunday, March 13, 2:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Kilborn, Rev. Larry Collins, Rev. Robert Lee Combs officiating. Burial in the Haddix Cemetery at Haddix. Visitation Friday, March 11, 6:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel.
