Burt Harvey, 58, Hardshell passed away Monday, July 9, at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Charity Moore Harvey and a brother, French Harvey. He is survived by his father, Burt Harvey; one brother, Dale Harvey. Visitation will be Thursday, July 12, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
