Betty Jean Mullins, 74, Bulan passed away Saturday, March 21 at her residence. She was the widow of the late Gentry Mullins and the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary (Fields) Caudill. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Mullins; one sister, Rudelll Mullins.
