Bessie Arnett Deaton, 98, Nicholasville passed away Wednesday, January 24, at her residence in Nicholasville. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Rader Deaton and the daughter of the late Elbert and Martha Williams Arnett. She was also preceded in death by stepson, Jim Deaton; two sisters, Tressie Ritchie, Berdie Clemons; three brothers, Jolly Arnett, Rader Arnett, Brice Arnett. She is survived by three daughters, Laura Sue(Warren) Landrum, Connie(Everett) Landrum, Sioux(Jack) Napier; one stepson, Don Deaton; eight grandchildren, Marti Landrum, Jesse Landrum, Dawn Davis, Darlene Barnes, Kim Carpenter, Donnie Deaton, Reva Deaton, Shelia Deaton; thirteen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren. Visitation Saturday, January 27, 10:00 AM. Funeral Saturday, January 27, 12:00PM with Rev. DeWayne Brewer officiating. Burial in the Gil Williams Cemetery at Seitz.
