Barbara "Bob" Howard (Kyrah's Grams), 62, Frozen passed away Wednesday, August 15, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. She was a member of the Grace Bible Church. She was the daughter of the late Creed Howard and the mother of the late Shawn Howard. She is survived by her mother, Thelma Howard; one granddaughter, Kyrah Howard; one brother, Bill Howard; five sisters, Bonnie Howard, Joyce Howard, Judy(James) Combs, Lavon(Dallas) Warren, Melissa(Robert) Dennis; daughter-in-law, Beth Howard; special friends, Roger Turner, Robert Caudill, Gray Haddix, Darlene Moore, Jeanie Holbrook, Karmit and Kim Back. Visitation, Thursday, August 16, 5PM. Funeral Friday, August 17, 1PM with Rev. John Bunn officiating.
