Anna "Babs" Fletcher , 60, Winchester, formerly of Breathitt County passed away Monday December 18, 2023 at home. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Lois Marie McIntosh Fletcher and was also preceded in death by fiance, John Landauer. She is survived by daughter, Ashley Rose Brown; brother, Jeff Fletcher; sister, Jennifer Fletcher. A celebration of life ceremony will take place Friday, December 22, at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Lexington.
