Obituary for Jack "Rawhide" Hamilton

Jack "Rawhide" Hamilton, 72, Jackson passed away Thursday, January 10, at the Nim Henson Geriatric Center in Jackson. He was the son of the late Walter E. and Emma Gross Hamilton. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Billy Hamilton, Jim Hamilton, Cecil Hamilton; one sister, Christine "Kitty" Noble. He is survived by one son, Derrick and wife, Ruschelle Hamilton; two brothers, Robert Gene and wife, Diana Hamilton, Walter "Banger" and wife, Judy Hamilton; three sisters, Virginia "Tootsie" and husband, Ray David Sallee, Deborah and husband, Neil West, Carol and husband, David Abner; two sisters-in-law, Ogie Lee Hamilton, Terey Hamilton; three grandchildren, Alex, Grant and Audrynn Hamilton; special brother-in-law, Ray David Sallee; special niece, Courtney Abner; host of nephews and nieces. Visitation, Tuesday, January 15, 5:00 PM. Funeral Wednesday, January 16, 1:00PM with Rev. John Bunn and Sam Faulkner officiating. Burial in the Jackson Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers, Grandsons, Nephews and Seth Gabbard. Serving as honorary pallbearers, Brothers-in-law, Law Enforcement Buddies, Friends and Tommy Gabbard.
