Obituary for Ira Southwood

Ira Southwood, 77, Hardshell passed away Tuesday, February 12, at his home. He was a member of the Mercy and Grace Ministries Church at Jackson. He was the son of the late Kelly and Cora Campbell Southwood. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Tina Jean Southwood; one son, Edward Southwood; one brother, Brownlow Southwood; two sisters, Josephine Southwood, Vicie Southwood. He is survived by his wife, Mae Southwood; three sons, Ira Jr. Southwood, Joey Southwood(Bonnie), Victor(Missy) Southwood; four brothers, Lee Southwood, Goodloe Southwood, James Southwood, Don Southwood; six grandchildren, Amanda Strunk, Jeremy Southwood, Alex Southwood, Brady Southwood, Joe Southwood, Reba Smith; twelve great grandchildren, Carmen, Aubrey, Mason, Kevin, Drake, Katy, Jason, Bella, Avery, Tori, Sean, Alexys. Visitation, Thursday, February 14, 6PM. Additional services Thursday, 7PM. Funeral Friday, February 15, 11AM with Rev. Ernie Roberts, Rev. Tommy Miller, Rev. Emmitt Campbell officiating. Burial in the Southwood Cemetery at Lost Creek.
