Obituary for Charles Turner

Charles K., better known as Charlie or Coach Turner, 68, Booneville passed away Thursday, December 20, in Murfreesboro, TN. He was a retired teacher and coach. He was a member of the Booneville Presbyterian Church. He was the son of the late Herbert and Gracie (Spicer) Turner. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Hobert Turner. He is survived by his wife, Melinda Stamper Turner; brother, Jackie (Sandra) Turner; sister, Janet (Don) Trimble; sisters-in-law, Eileen Turner, Sophia Ann Ogle, Mary Ann Sparks; special nephew, Mike (Des) Stahaker; special nieces. Visitation, Sunday, December 30, 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Visitation, Monday, December 31, 11:00 AM at the Booneville Presbyterian Church. Funeral, Monday, 1:30 PM at the church with Rev. Jamie Brunk officiating. Burial in the Shepherd's Memorial Cemetery at Booneville.
