Obituary for Adna J. Miller

Adna J. Miller passed away on August 1, 2019. She was born November 21,1929 in Hardshell, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl. She is survived by son Carl, Jr. and wife Jean; grandson Marc Miller and wife Serena; granddaughter Jessica Hughes and husband Kyle; two great grandsons Dane and Cole Miller; two brothers: Drewey Jones and wife Rita, and Lawrence Jones; four sisters: Blanche Campbell, Kathryn Napier and husband Eugene, Ogie Hamilton and Jennifer Hayes. Mrs. Miller was a graduate of Morehead State University, a retired school teacher, a founding member of the Ross County Senior and Law-Enforcement Team (SALT), an active member of the Ross County Senior Citizens Center and the United Concord Methodist Church. Visitation will be at the Breathitt Funeral Home Jackson, Ky from 10:00 to 12:00 Sunday, August 4, with the funeral following immediately. She will be laid to rest at the Harvey Bend Cemetery at Hardshell. In lieu of flowers make donations in her name to the Ross County Senior Citizens Center, Western Avenue, Chillicothe, Oh.
